Led Zep 1975  - Back To Back - #1: During the decade of the 1970s. one band towered above all others - the mighty Led Zeppelin. Their 1975 tour found the band at the peak of their powers, both in the studio and on stage. As the tour launched, Led Zep released the double album Physical Graffiti, which went to number 1 on the charts in both the US and UK. The disc also received strong critical reviews. Billboard magazine gave the disc 5 stars while Rolling stone wrote that Physical Graffiti was "the band's Tommy, Beggar's Banquet and Sgt. Pepper rolled into one." On stage, after some early issues due to Page having suffered a broken finger and Plant contacting the flu, the band rounded into form, playing one memorable show after another. In fact, by the end of the run, Plant proclaimed "this has been our most successful tour on every level and I had a great time all the way through."
