1980s - #6: The Jerry Garcia Band's 1980 winter tour was a magical ride, filled with outstanding performances. Their February 28 show from Kean College has been officially released on the album, After Midnight. The album takes its name from the legendary After Midnight > Eleanor Rigby > After Midnight jam that closed the first of the 2 shows the band played that night. The March 1, 1980 shows at the Capitol Theater in Passaic were also officially released, selected as the first installment of the Garcia Live series. I was at the early show at the Capitol, a concert that found Garcia playing a superb mix of covers, solo material and Grateful Dead tunes, including a blistering version of Deal, perhaps the hottest rendition of that tune I’ve ever been privileged to hear. This soundboard recording captures the band about a month prior, on the West Coast, on January 24, 1980, 42 years ago today. The show ends with the very same After Midnight > Eleanor Rigby > After Midnight jam found on the Kean College release!

This is missing the first track of the first set (How Sweet It Is...) even though the track listing in the file, on the artwork, and in your listing show it.
Is it gone for good?
That track is missing - look at the post above and ypu'll see in parenthesis next to the first track it says MISSING. That's how it came. Thanks for the kind words
