1990s - #5: Bob Dylan launched the 1999 edition of his Never Ending tour in January, the first of 5 legs that would take him across North America and into Europe.  All in all that year, he would perform 119 shows, including a 38 show stint in the summer where he partnered with Paul Simon and another 26 shows in the fall where he toured with Phil Lesh & Friends. This excellent audience recording captures him on during the first leg of the tour, in Troy on February 22, 1999, 2 dozen years ago today.
