Garcia-Saunders 1973 - Back To Back - #1: From December 1970 to June 1975, Jerry Garcia, when not playing with the Grateful Dead, often found himself collaborating with keyboardist Merle Saunders. In fact, Garcia and Saunders played over two-hundred and fifty shows together, This soundboard recording captures the duo at the Keystone in Berkeley on June 10, 1973, 53 years ago today. Speedy, This show and the one from the prior night were the source material for the Live at Keystone album that came out way back in the 1970's. More recently, the Garcia family issued a 4 disc box of all of 7/9 and 7/10. So just a heads-up that this has been commercially released.
