April's Theme At So Many Roads

For April, our theme is We're An American Band (North American, That Is).  In other words, every concert posted in April will be from an artist born in North America - the US, Canada or Mexico.  Each post, therefore, will bring you some biographical info about the band, including where the artist was born and raised.  In addition, as part of this theme, since the Grateful Dead are most certainly an American band, we'll bring you  a half a dozen shows by the band, including 4 from their famed Spring 1977 tour.
