John Fogerty - 2004-08-10 - Austin, TX (SBD)
On September 21, 2004, John Fogerty released the album Déjà Vu (All Over Again), his first disc of new material in over 7 years. The album explored a variety of musical styles ranging from Fogerty’s traditional swamp rock sound to rockabilly to psychedelic rock to even punk and new wave. Fogerty previewed several tracks from Déjà Vu (All Over Again) during this performance on the famed PBS show Austin City Limits, on August 10, 2004, a decade ago today. Download this one to hear yet another comeback from the man who founded CCR!

Loved credence growing up, john's voice appears to have lost nothing with age, timeless voice and music, Speedy have been following comments on various posts about the soundboard vs audience debate, it seems to me that some audience recordings while not having the crystal clearness of many soundboards ae much better in terms of atmosphere and making you feel as though you are there in the audience. Has to be a good one though and not someone taping 100 yards from the stage where all you hear are screaming fans , Wanted to know what you thought of the article currently on the Big O about legendary taper Mike Millard whos audience recordings were so good that many of the artists he recorded actually have bootleg copies themselves of his recordings , now that's respect. Apparently he had a very unhappy life and the only pleasure he got in life was making these tapes and giving them to friends. He also disapproved of people making money on bootlegs which proves that love of music and not $$$ is why people record and seek out boots. Wanted to know if you had any of his recordings on your blog, His most famous boot is Led Zep. LA Forum june 21 1977 better known in the boot world as listen to this Eddie wanted to know if you had this as well as im seeking out the shows he taped, thanks so much
The two Led Zep Long Beach Shows 3/11/75 3/12/75 are also supposedly Millard recordings as well, wanted to know if that was true
