After forming the super group in early 1969 Blind Faith along wioth Steve Winwood and Ginger Baker, Eric Clapton quickly grew tired of the band. In fact, during Blind Faith'st band's only tour, EC found himself spending more time with opening act Delaney and Bonnie Bramlett than he was with Winwood and Baker! Once the tour ended, EC left Blind Faith and joined up with Delaney & Bonnie. This TV soundboard recording finds EC on tour with Delaney & Bonnie on February 5, 1970, 46 years ago today. That's Dick Cavett doing the amazingly lame interview with the band. Thank goodness for the music. I saw D&B with Clapton that weekend at the Fillmore East. Thanks for this one!
I have to video for this as well. not very good quality, but kind of fun to watch.
