Yet another post this month that fits with our folk rock theme. While CSNY can rock out with anyone, powered by the dueling guitars of Stephen Stills and Neil Young, their concerts always feature an acoustic set, which draws upon their folk rock roots. And those roots are evident in today's post!On January 24, 2000, Crosby, Stills Nash and Young launched their first tour together since 1974! To commemorate this historical event, the foursome took a brief break from playing 20,000 seat arenas to perform in a more intimate setting. On February 18, 2000, 12 years ago today, CSNY visited Hollywood Studios to film an episode of VH1 Storytellers, a program in which artists perform in front of a small audience, and recount stories about their music, writing experiences and memories.
