Two old friends reunited for 2 shows at the Fox Theater in Oakland on March 31 and April 1, 2012.  For Bruce Hornsby and Bob Weir, who had played together in the Grateful Dead and the Other Ones, these 2 shows marked the first time time just the 2 of them at appeared on stage together.  The performances were billed as Alone and Together, as both Bruce and Bob played solo sets, followed by a 3rd set where they joined up to recapture some magic from their days together with the Dead.
