In September 2018, Paul McCartney launched his Freshen Up tour,  designed to support his latest album release, Egypt Station. That disc went to #1 on the Billboard charts, his first #1 album since Tug Of War in 1982.  It was also his first album  ever to debut at the top spot, and became his 8th overall #1 album. In December, McCartney brought the tour to the UK for 3 shows. This IEM recording captures the first of those 3 concerts, in his home town of Liverpool, on December 12, 2018, just 2 years ago today. All 3 featured him singing his original holiday tune, Wonderful Christmastime .Download this one, then come back on December 14 and December 16 for the other 2 shows.
