In 2015, The Who celebrated their 50th anniversary as a band. To commemorate the event, the band launched The Who Hits 50! tour, which Roger Daltrey hinted on numerous occasions would be band's "long goodbye". Turn out, they have launched 2 tours since, released a new album and don't seem to show any signed of retiring! In any event, this soundboard (or excellent audience) recording captures then during that 50th anniversary run, at Mohegan Sun Arena on May 24, 2015, 11 years ago today.

It's a bit cheeky to call themselves the Who. Would Paul and Ringo playing together call themselves the Beatles?
Can't argue with you. Stones do a similar thing even though many original members gone.
Speedy, I was there! It was a great show. I never thought they'd play A Quick One live. Now if I can find the last Who show I saw at MSG on 8-30-25 that would be epic!
