A year after Dion entered the Hall of Fame, Frankie Valli was inducted a a member of the Four Seasons. The 1990 class also included The Who, Hank Balland, Charlie Christian, Bobby Darin, The Four Tops, The Kinks, The Platters, Simon & Garfunkel, and Louis Armstrong. For the ceremony, the original lineup of the Four Seasons reunited for the first time since the mid-1960s and sang together for what would be the last time. Folks forget, but in the 1960s and early 1970s, few artists had more chart success than Frankie Valli. First with the Four Seasons, and later as a solo artist, Frankie had 39 Top 40 hits. Of those, 7 songs reached number 1 on the Billboard Chart, including Sherry, Walk Like A Man, and My Eyes Adored You. He sold over 100 million records between 1962 and 1978. In 1990, Frankie and the Four Seasons were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, putting his in select company. Then in 2005, Frankie scored an even rarer honor. The saga of the Four Seasons was turned into a Broadway play. Jersey Boys took Broadway by storm, winning 4 Tony awards, including best musical. It remains the hottest ticket in town some 5 years later. Quite a legacy for a kid from Newark, NJ. loved the four seasons as a kid growing up , my mom would play them all the time, man the 60s were a great time to grow up in great music everywhere unlike todays trash, how music has changed in the last 40 to 50 years,and not for the better, Frankies falsetto was a thing to behold never failed to bring you to tears,on another note Speedy, missed your 9/11 tribute which is very much appreciated , was wondering why i havent seen it yet as we shoud never forget, thanks Corey M

They four seasons were really great, had so many hits in the 60s, my personal favorite was Rag Doll , too bad he dosent do it here but still a great show, thanks again Speedy
