Here's our 2nd of 3 posts dedicated to the Monterey Pop festival. This one features soundboard recordings from the afternoon and evening sessions session from Saturday, June 17, 1967, 55 years ago this very day. This afternoon session featured a host of San Francisco bands, such as Steve Miller, Country Joe & The Fish, and Quicksilver Messenger Service. But it was Janis Joplin who stole the show with her breathtaking performance that day. For the evening session, The Byrds and The Jefferson Airplane were the 2 biggest acts on the bill, but it was Otis Redding, singing to the "love crowd" in his first major appearance in front of a predominately white audience, who turned in a perfromance for the ages. Tragically, Otis died just 6 month's later, at the age of 26.

A big thank you for this presentation of Monterey Pop. By far the most complete and well ordered version that I have ever seen. The sound quality is exceptionally better than what has previously circulated. What a wonderful 55 year old present!!

Disc 5 is missing Moby Grape's Sittin' By The Window.track, although you listed it. Great quality, thank you very much.
The Moby Grape track is only missing from the FLAC version, it is present in the MP3 version.
Would you be able to re-up this please? Lost mine in a HD crash.
