I saw EC twice in concert, both times at Madison Square Garden. The frist was in April 1987, one of the best shows I've ever attended and then again in April 1990. The 1987 show was actually taped for a live album, but that project was shelved and it was never released. 

This soundboard recording captures EC in Saitama on December 2, 2006, 19 years ago today. This was a great tour, with EC playing plenty of tunes from his days with Derek & The Dominos, and Doyle Bramhall II and Derek Trucks adding their guitar work alongside Eric's.
