As promised yesterday. here's our 2nd post featuring the Dead from Red Rocks in 1978. In earlier posts on So Many Roads, we’ve discussed how 1978 was an up and down year for the band, with their shows often suffering from comparisons to the monumental performances from the prior year. Well, this concert, from July 8, 1978, 37 years ago today, captures the band on one of the “up” nights from that year.
